Where we ship
We ship from our warehouse in Slovenia (EU) to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Slovenian public holidays). You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and may be longer during peak periods, customs checks or carrier delays.
Duties and taxes
Prices for EU customers include VAT. For orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility unless they are shown and paid at checkout.
Tracking and delivery problems
Track your parcel with the link in the shipping email. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us at levshop.co@gmail.com and we will sort it out with the carrier, replace the item, or refund you.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; the additional shipping cost may be charged to you.
